Sweetgreen chose delicious seasonal ingredients in their original bowl. Top with the vegan feta, I used Violife, pistachios, sweet potatoes, crispy tofu, wild rice, and a drizzle of the spicy cashew cilantro dressing. I used Longeve Brand breadless crumbs here because they’re gluten free and high in protein. Once they’re all evenly coated, toss in the nutritional yeast, sea salt, and bread crumbs.
